Hello Everyone! My name is Miranda Haslett and I am
the Special Event Program Coordinator for the Eco Adventure Camp. During the
year I am a full time student, studying biology, at Trent University. I am also a certified life guard, and I have
lots of experience working at camps. My favorite camp activities are
swimming, arts and crafts and back pocket games. I am very excited for the
summer and I hope to see you there!!
| | Julie Hough recently completed a Bachelor of Education at Trent
University in Peterborough. She has enjoyed working and volunteering
with children in a variety of capacities throughout the City of Kawartha
Lakes. Julie worked to develop a small theatre camp, helped to provide
art therapy to grieving children, volunteered as a Big Sister and has
spent time volunteering in classrooms throughout the Lindsay area. She
is looking forward to an exciting summer as Program Coordinator for Eco
Adventure Camp. | | Hi, I'm Logan! I'm a very athletic person and love
to play sports. I have been playing football for 5 seasons. I also like
to do art, and enjoy taking arts and crafts classes in school. I am the
oldest of 5 siblings, so I have lots of experience when it comes to
looking after younger kids. I have also done a leadership program at
Camp Kawartha, where I looked after many children and learned fun games. | | Hello, I'm Sarah! I have been a camp counselor for 2
years now, and am looking forward to being one at Eco Adventure Camp. I very much
enjoy dance, and have been taking lessons for 6 years now. I have also
taken drama classes in school for 2 years, and plan on taking it again
when I return to school in the fall. I am a very energetic person, and
take part in the 3-pitch and volleyball team at school. |
