- $200 Minister at church OR $250 Minister off-site
- $100 Caretaker
- $ 50 Administrative Fee*
- $100 Music Director (live music)
- $100 Sound Technician (recorded music)
$750 Total Fee for at church wedding
OR
$300 Total Fee for off-site wedding
Please make your payment in cash only, in separate envelopes, addressed to each department, and deliver to the church office at least one month prior to the wedding date, along with your marriage licence and envelope.
*NOTE: St. James provides the Order of Service for your event, maintenance of the official Church Register, and submission of the completed Marriage License to the province of Ontario. We do not provide specific wedding programs. Parties involved are responsible for their own additional paperwork beyond those listed above.

St. James has an all-inclusive marriage policy so all couples are welcome.
Wedding dates are confirmed ONLY after the couple meets with our minister and the church's $200 cash deposit is made. Phone or email us to inquire about availability for your special day.
