Karin DesChamp will be offering a yoga class designed for men in an effort to assist with: bone building, muscle building, flexibility (putting on your seat belt and tying your shoes), cardio-vascular fitness (heart and lungs), improving mood, sleep, energy, reducing stress, and so much more.

About The Event
Karin DesChamp will be offering a yoga class designed for men in an effort to assist with: bone building, muscle building, flexibility (putting on your seat belt and tying your shoes), cardio-vascular fitness (heart and lungs), improving mood, sleep, energy, reducing stress, and so much more. We will be using our body weight, small weights, resistance bands, and small balls. This 6-week trial will be offered for $50.00 with the proceeds after expenses going to our church. Pre-register in the Church Office. It's for fitness and fun! Give it a try! You can do it! Your chair awaits! NOTE: All movements are offered at 3 ranges of motion and all contraindications (precautions for various health conditions) will be mentioned prior to doing any particular activity. Karin will be a guide, but you will be the boss of you! It's your yoga!
