Community of Faith Profile & Notice of Special Congregational Meeting

Dear St. James Church Family,

Your Ministerial Search Team has now completed the Community of Faith Profile. We are deeply grateful for the thoughtful input and support from so many of you as we worked together to tell the story of our church.

The St. James Official Board has approved the Profile at the January 13^th Board meeting. A special congregational meeting is being called for Sunday, January 25^th.

Voting will take place by a show of hands. For those unable to vote in person, a Zoom option will be available and monitored by a designated Board member to ensure full confidentiality.

Upon the approval of the Profile, it will be posted on the United Church’s online pastoral relations platform, ChurchHub, where it can be viewed by ministry personnel seeking a new pastoral relationship.
