A graduate of Trent University and the University of Toronto, Reverend Julie became part of the St. James family in 2009. She welcomes the opportunity to minister at St. James and is grateful for the love, care and concern so generously shared with her and her family. She is particularly excited about the community involvement of many St. James members that extends well beyond the fours wall of our building to impact the lives of people in our neighbourhood and broader community.

Julie greatly respects and supports the spiritual journeys that people are on, always feels privileged to be part of the lives of the many individuals she meets, and enjoys offering "food" for thought and challenge.

Prior to arriving at St. James, Julie was in ministry at Port Perry/Prince Albert Pastoral Charge in Port Perry, Ontario, and George Street United Church here in Peterborough. Julie loves being part of the United Church of Canada. She is passionate about the church and very excited about the emerging church and all of its potential.
